He was predeceased by: his father Marion J. Patterson; his grandparents, Claudell Patterson, Thelma Douglas, Rodney and Olivia Gabriel; his stepgrandfather Harry Douglas; his great-grandparents, Lawrence, Annaise Patterson, Issac and Olivia Buggage; his aunts, Clothilde Harris, Lorretta McDaniel and Suezette Patterson; and his uncle Arlton Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Johnson, Andre Joseph Patterson Jr., Natacia Unique Brown and Leah Anay Patterson; his mother Eunice A. Patterson; and his siblings, Mygonne N. Gabriel, Rodney E. Patterson Sr. (Toni), James I. Patterson (Nicole), Shawn M. Gabriel, Meshaun A. Arcenaux (Jeffery), Arlton J. Patterson (Shanovia), Gregory T. Patterson Sr. and Renita Johnson. He is also survived by Four God-children; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
