He is survived by: his wife Dianne Cheavious; his children, Chad Phillip Cheavious (Calva), Eathan Joseph Cheavious (Lakisha), Sherell Denise Foster (Dequincey) and Kimberly Shantell Cheavious; and his sisters, Rosalie Fleming and Millie Jones. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
