It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Elizabeth Johnson (Natchitoches, Louisiana), who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Albert Phillips and Carrie Louise Phillips; her husband Thomas Johnson (Tommy); her daughter-in-law Tammy Johnson; and her siblings, Mary Wilson, Albert Phillips (Gene), Kenneth Phillips, Irma Fredericks (Della) and Jerry Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, Melvin Johnson, Kelly Norman and Mary Harford; her grandchildren, Carrie Etta (Chris Keith), Jamie Trichel, Ciderriean, Kevin Norman (Josie), Thomas Norman, Lexie, Brendon Harford, Jacob Harford, Drake Johnson, Claire and Carly Johnson; her great grandchildren, Brett, Alex, Aubrianna and Evan; her siblings, Johnny Phillips (Barbra), Carl Phillips (Ethel), Floyd Phillips (Lisa), Michael Phillips (Renee), Clifton Phillips (Effie) and Patricia Johnson (Lynn); and her mother-in-law Aloha Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and hosts of friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Denis Funeral Home (848 Keyser Ave, Natchitoches, LA 71457). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
