He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Allen and Georgia Allen (Brooks); and his siblings, Joyce Dobbins, George and Freddie Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Perry Allen; his daughters, Jeri Kilpatrick (Young) of Natchitoches, LA and Kathy Wampler (David) of Ft. Worth, TX; his brother Tim Allen (Martha) of Muskogee, OK; and his grandchildren, Tarah Lott (Nick) and Ethan Parker.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Love Fellowship (7681 LA-1, Natchitoches, LA 71457). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
