He is survived by : his wife Vickie; his siblings, Paige Miller Kelly and James Patrick Miller (Diane); his sisters-in-law, Valerie Cooper and Amelia Dunlap (Tim); his friend Jay Richardson; and his nephews, Edward, Kirk Kelly, Sean, Ryan McCearley, Bradley Cooper and Micheal Jaster.
