He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy'Red' Miller and Marguerite Miller; his sister Lynn; his nephew Todd Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Hall and Phil Cooper.

He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his siblings, Paige Miller Kelly and James Patrick Miller (Diane); his sisters-in-law, Valerie Cooper and Amelia Dunlap (Tim); his friend Jay Richardson; and his nephews, Edward, Kirk Kelly, Sean, Ryan McCearley, Bradley Cooper and Micheal Jaster.
