She was predeceased by: her father Arnold Ralph Jones of Columbia County, AR.; her stepfather Roy Taliaferro; her son William "Butch" McClellan; her great grandchild Autumn Lily Allard; her sister Janet Jones Burns; and her nephew Joshua Taliaferro.
She is survived by: her mother Pauline Wynne Jones (Polly) of Springhill, LA; her children, Lisa Karen McClellan Vercher (Tommy) and Joel Ruben McClellan; her brothers, Scott Taliaferro (Rose) of Springhill, LA and Tony Taliaferro (Margee) of Berlin, PA.; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Stephen (Casey), Staci (J. P.), Taylor, Jessica (Chris), Chris (Jennifer) and Dustin; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Caleb, Summer, Radlee, Levi, Jack, Bronson, Daniel and Morgan; and her grandsons, Dylan, Caleb Richardson, Levi, Jack Cotton, Radlee Turner and Garrett McClellan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Elaine's memory to Trinity Baptist Church of Natchitoches, LA.
