He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Holland; and his children, Melinda Corley (Derek), David Holland (Andria), Haywood "Bubba" Moss (Amanda), Stacey Carrillo, Sharon Holland, Jacob Smith (Sarah), Joshua Smith and Anna Smith.
