She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Craig and Lois Craig of Vowells Mill, Louisiana; her sister Norma Jean Holland; and her brother-in-law George Othel Holland of Vowells Mill. She is survived by: her husband Charles Penrod, Jr. (Corky); her daughters, Tracy Penrod of Vowells Mill and Becky Salard (Johnny) of Natchitoches; her stepson Curtis Penrod (Elizabeth (Lizzie)) of Natchitoches; her grandchildren, Ava Salard, Tyler Salard, Owen Penrod, Levi Penrod and Taylor Salard; and her children, Oaklynn and Kenzleigh Bess. She is also survived by mother, housewife, and caretaker for her children and other family members.
