It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kit Karson Parker Jr. of Natchitoches, Louisiana, who passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Kit farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Kit is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kit Karson Parker Sr. and Pauline Jordan Parker of Natchitoches. He is survived by: his brother Sam Parker (Christine) of Cranbury; his nephew Jordan Parker (Catherine) of Concord; and his great-nephews, Sam John, William George (Bo) and Nicolas Karson.
The family has requested that no flowers be sent.
