He was loved and cherished by many people including : his friends, Retired Bricklayer, Gun, Hunter and Fishermen; his parents, Luther Rigsby (Dutch) and Betty Lou Wagley Rigsby; his son Rusty Earlton Rigsby; his grandson Andrew Dillon Moran; his wife Linda Williams Rigsby; his daughters, Rebecca Ann Moran, Morgan Blair Thornton and Lindsey Paige Mercado; his sons-in-law, Tony Moran, Brandon Thornton and Dusty Mercado; his grandchildren, TJ Moran (Amber Lynn), Annabeth Sophia Thornton and Cora Paige Mercado; and his great grandchild Kadison Lynn Moran.
