He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Leigh Perkins, Sr.; and his siblings, Leigh Perkins and Jeannette Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Eulalie Hoover Perkins; and his siblings, Mike Perkins, Barry Perkins, Richard Perkins and Linda Loftin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home (848 Keyser Ave, Natchitoches, LA 71457). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Memory Lawn Cemetery.
