He was predeceased by: his mother Rosie Leone Mondello. He is survived by: his father Joseph Mondello, Jr.; and his siblings, Mary Mondello Driscoll (Tom), Joseph Michael Mondello III, Stephen James Mondello (Joanne) and Anthony Ray Mondello. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, as well as a host of cousins and friends.
