He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Birchfield Gentry and Grace Bullock Gentry. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Vickie Stevens; his brother Hugh Garland Gentry of Natchitoches, LA; his children, Jennifer Elaine Fallis (Keith) of Santa Fe, NM, Dr. Roy Birchfield Gentry, III (Farrah) of Monterey, TN, Stevens Cole Gentry (Cristy) of Natchitoches, LA and Bryant Cade Gentry (Cree) of Natchitoches, LA; and his grandchildren, Millicent Ellery Fallis, Katherine Grace Gentry, Roy Birchfield Gentry IV, Carson Cole Gentry and Crawford Cade Gentry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
