We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2023, at the age of 84, Sudie Waggoner in Natchitoches, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jeff Franks and Mamie Franks (Lowring); her husband Robert Ray Waggoner, Sr.; her son Robert Ray Waggoner, Jr.; and her brother Daygo Franks.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Waggoner, Sr. (Marie) and Donna Waggoner; her grandchildren, Stephanie Holley (Lane), Steve Waggoner, Jr., William Bailey and Daniel Bailey; and her nephew Pat Franks. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
