He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery "Wing" Lewis, Sr. and MayDell Johnson Lewis; and his siblings, Emery "Brown" Lewis, Jr., Inez Marie L. Holmes, Gail Marie Lewis and Onita Lewis-Barideaux.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Mitchell Lewis of New Iberia, LA; his sons, Adlai Kenneth Lewis, Jr. (Brittany) of New Iberia, LA, Travis N. Lewis (Taylor) and Jermaine Collette of New Iberia, LA; and his brothers, Clifton Lewis (Vendarae) of Bartow, FL and Michael Lewis of New Iberia, LA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two godchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
