Stevenson of New Iberia, Louisiana; his son Edgar Stevenson of Gibson, Louisiana; his stepchildren, Jerald Stansbury of New Iberia, Charles Watts (Jamie) of New Iberia, Janice Brown (Tharon) of Thibodaux, Rosharda Stevenson of Houma and Kenny Stevenson of Morgan City, Louisiana; his sister Ruby Poindexter of Gibson, Louisiana; and his nieces, Brenda Lee Williams of Schriever, Barbara Ann Williams of Bayou Blue, Belinda Lee Clay of Gray, Loretta Barabin of Gray, Louisiana and Martha Robinson of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends.
