He is survived by: his wife Lori Major; his daughter Madison Elizabeth Willett; his parents, Stevens Willett and Marsha Willett; his brother Joshua Willett (Sunshine); his sibling's children, Hayden Willett, Harrison Willett and Harper Willett; his godchildren, Kay Leblanc and Patrick Mallory; his parents-in-law, Sonny and Barbara Major; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Dupre (R. J.).
