She is survived by: her children, Twyla Simar of Vivian, Dwanna Landrum (Clyde Landrum) of New Iberia, Vicky Lewis of Lydia, Kip Simar (Audra) of Sparta, TN, Jody Simar (Melissa) of Lydia and Jeannine Byerly (Carl Byerly) of Clarkston, MI; her siblings, Lulu Migues, Cheryl Borel, Anita Borel, Connie Borel and Brent Borel; and her close friend Helen Labiche. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
