She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilton Delahoussaye and Leola Comeaux Delahoussaye of Dee's Beauty Shop; her brother Jesse James Delahoussaye; her granddaughter Kyli Michelle Michaud; and her grandparents, Eno, Sophie Comeaux, Clesmae and Alicia Delahoussaye.
She is survived by: her daughter Shantell L. Provost (Lance Provost); her grandchildren, Kelcie Olivier (Cory) and Lance P. Provost, II; her great grandchildren, Lux Taylor Olivier and Mills Kathryn Olivier; her grandchild Kainon Cole Wilson; her siblings, Patsy Delahoussaye, Tommy Delahoussaye (Diane), David Delahoussaye (Ellen), Gregory Delahoussaye and Brent Delahoussaye (Stacy); her godchildren, Gail Maturin, John Romero Jr., Troy Pratt, Lisa Duhon, Angela Degeyter, Brent Delahoussaye and Melissa Kapp; and her friend Dee. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:15 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - New Iberia (502 Jefferson Terrace, New Iberia, LA 70560). A rosary was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (1303 St Jude Ave, New Iberia, LA 70560). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holy Family Cemetery (2807 N Curtis Ln, New Iberia, LA 70560).
