He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt "Buster" Jackson and Clemmie "Sophie" Jackson; his wife Marion Jackson; his sisters, Lillian Watson and Wilma Jean Criswell; his sister-in-law Doris Jackson; his niece Cheryl Ann Thomas; and his son-in-law David Furman Harper.
He is survived by: his brother Carl Jackson of Pearland, TX; his children, Duane Kindell Jackson (Kristin) of Bellevue, WA, Lori Michelle Jackson of Bowie, MD and Donald Ray Jackson, II (Tiffany) of Union City, CA; and his grandchildren, Kevin Brown, Noah Jackson, Jared Jackson, Joycelyn Jackson and Julian Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
