She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Latiolais and Isabelle Latiolais; and her siblings, Cynthia Phillips, Carla Latiolais, Charles Latiolais and William Latiolais.
She is survived by: her children, Casey Phillips (Tabatha) of DeLand, FL, Chaswill Phillips (Cindy) of Youngsville, LA and Mollie Miles (Jordan) of Magnolia, TX; her sister Belle Warren (Ronald) of New Iberia, LA; her grandchildren, Taylor Phillips, Conner Phillips, Chase Phillips and Evelyn Miles; and her former husband George "Spike" Phillips of Conroe, TX. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
