He is survived by: his children, Russell Rouly (Lanie), Rusty Rouly (Kelli), Courtney Rouly and Ashley Miguez; his sister Berl Rouly Guidry; his former wife Sandy Rouly; and his grandchildren, Madilyn Rouly, Leighton Rouly, Reese Rouly, Thea Rouly, Riddick Rouly, Stormy Vanveckhoven, Jackson Alderman and Phoenix Charpentier.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - New Iberia (502 Jefferson Terrace, New Iberia, LA 70560). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
