It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Eldridge Larson of New Iberia, Louisiana, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Carlton Larson (Grumpy); her daughters, Karen Ladmirault (Wardell), Mary Ellen Wilke (Jerry) and Claire Flores (Ray); her grandchildren, Jason Wilke (Brittany), Rebecca Wilke (Kelly), Ian Ladmirault, Caitlin Kinler (Michael) and Sophie Flores-Hernandez (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Holland, Parker, Avery, Luna, Sol, Georgia, Peyton, Max and Caroline; her siblings, Ron Eldridge and Norma Callahan (Clarence); her son Christopher; and her friends, Jeanette Cochrane, Barbara Pottschmidt and Patricia Chapman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church - New Iberia (2514 Old Jeanerette Rd, New Iberia, LA 70563). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
