He was predeceased by: his parents, O. C. Stills-Parker and Odeal Stills-Parker; his grandparents, Jack and Bertha Stills; his sister Jacqueline Turner; his son-in-law Lewis Thomas Sr.; and his niece Rhondra Olezene.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn Parker; his daughters, Aariel Parker, Erin Thomas and Erica Parker; his granddaughter Ja'liyah Tanner; and his siblings, Winfred Dalcour, Sr., Joyce Osum (James), Sharon Parker, Almenta Parker and Frank Parker (Vanessa). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
