She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Douglas Barconey and Cecile Whittington Barconey; her husband Charles Armstrong, Jr.; her children, Karen Muscatello, Charlene Buggage Washington (Eddie), Tammie Howard (Leonard, Sr.), Charles III and Raymond Sr. (Stephanie); her sister Ruby Nero; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Brown. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, 15 Great-Great Grandchildren, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, a host of great nieces and nephews, a bonus son, a bonus grandson.
