He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bordonaro and Helen Dominique Bordonaro; his wife June Quartano Bordonaro; and his sister Dominica James. He is survived by: his children, Barry Bordonaro (Alexandrea), Lisa Bordonaro Morrow, Cynthia Bordonaro Oliveri (Joseph) and Julie Bordonaro; his grandchildren, Michael Gonzales, Rebecca Gonzales, Alex Oliveri and Emily Oliveri; and his siblings, John Bordonaro Jr. and Nora Dupont.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Parkinson's Foundation (parkinson.org).
