He is survived by: his wife Denise Robichaux Allain; his sons, Dr. Alexander V. Allain, III (Liz) and Dr. David W. Allain (Meredith); his granddaughters, Eva Lane Allain and Josephine Anne Allain; and his siblings, Anne A. Chadwick (Win) and Reid P. Allain.
