He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Morris Sr. and Lillian Williams Morris; and his siblings, Beatrice Morris Armstead, Richard Morris Jr., Arthur "Turk" Morris (Carolyn) and Clarence Morris.

He is survived by : his siblings, John Morris (Irene), Donald Morris, Ronald Morris and Gwendolyn Morris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other family members and devoted friends.
