He is survived by: his mother Shirley Richardson Bailey; his siblings, Dexter Sr. (Brenda), Carliss, Barry (Dimitris), Deborah James (Robert), Ralph, Druscilla, Michael, Kenneth (Michelle), Sheila Acker, Lydia Stewart, Keith, Vanest Moore (Denise), Cynthia Moore, Synetta Alexander and Thomas Moore Jr.; and his goddaughters, Chantra Bailey Washington and Deidre Evans Nelson.
