She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Green and Josie H. Green; and her husband Truman Lee Ward. She is survived by: her children, Gary L. Ward (Cindy), Dr. Kenneth J. Ward (Leslie) and Sharon Ward Hagan (John); her grandchildren, Geoffrey (Olivia), Blayne, Colin, Dr. Timothy Hagan and Dr. Kristen Hagan (Thomas Leahy); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Truman and August.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
