She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Maucele and Irma Bizot; and her husband Louis Paul Saia, Jr.. She is also survived by her four children, 16 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (3368 Esplanade Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
