She is survived by: her husband Samuel Meredith, Jr.; her children, Samuel Craig Meredith, Zachary Trent Meredith, Kim Monique Meredith, Timothy Troy Meredith and Krystal Kia Meredith; her grandchildren, Jordin Meredith Williams, Khya Kaelani Justice, Dale Justice, Jr. and LePreston Porter, IV; and her sibling Eddie Holton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 8:30 AM at the Philadelphia Ministries (3181 Destrehan Ave, Harvey, LA 70058). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
