He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dumas and Alice Pursley Lewis; his grandson David Frezel; his siblings, Luella Johnson, Elaine Quinn Brown, Hattie Mae Grant, Gloria Smith and Wardell Lewis; his brother-in-law Leo; his great-nephew James Lewis; and his nieces, Karen Lewis, Zelinda Lewis and Valda Hamilton.
He is survived by: his daughter Alyndra Lewis; his godson Ronald Smith; his sister Vivan Brown (Ernest); and his sister-in-law Betty Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
