She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford H. Flathers; her brothers, Alvin Seeger (Jay) and Felix H. Seeger (Joyce); and her parents, Felix Seeger and Ethel Uhle Seeger.
She is survived by: her children, Janis Flathers Dering (Warren) and Clifford H Flathers, Jr. (Janet); her grandchildren, Jennifer Dering Glorioso (Joe), Gregory P. Flathers (Amanda), Joshua R. Flathers (Jen) and Christina A. Flathers Skinner (Omid); and her great grandchildren, Jillian, Jared Glorioso, Isabella, Geoffrey, Alyssa and Stephen Flathers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home (3827 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hope Mausoleum (4841 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119).
