She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvador Cobar and Maria Consuelo Aldana Saravia; her husband Robert Joseph LeCompte; and her sister Magda Cobar Meza. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Sosa Carter (Ellis), Brenda Sosa (Travis) and Jennifer Sosa Martin (IV); her grandchildren, Coty Sosa (Ashley), Jenna Carter, Julia Carter and Quent Martin; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel Sosa and Joshua Glaze.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel (5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (5190 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124).
