With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard Stephen Duffy in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 25, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Frances Lane and Stephen Donald Duffy; his aunt Mary "May" Duffy; his cousin Susan Newman (late James); and his in-laws, Anthony and Rita Vinturella.

He is survived by: his wife Ann-Marie Vinturella Duffy; his daughters, Michelle Duffy Schexnider (Will) and Denise M. Duffy; his grandchildren, Eva Morenc, Laura Morenc, Blake Schexnider and Caleb Schexnider; his siblings-in-law, Nick and Naomi Vinturella; his goddaughter Melissa Vinturella Butler (Greg); his cousins, Naomi Bologna Ross (Matthew), Caroline Bologna Nickens (Michael), Jimmy, Brian and Sofia Newman; and his friends, Joe Sommers and Karl Peterson. He is also survived by his family, friends, and neighbors.
