She is survived by: her children, Velvet, Lisa and Wayne Knight, Sr.; her grandchildren, Reonda Moss (Raphfel), Wayne Knight, Jr., Whitney Lockett, Renise Blakney, Devin Knight, Devell Knight, Sr., Dwayne Knight, Eliska Banks and Royal Smith; and her great grandchildren, Jarvares Tobias Moss, Cam'Ron Fisher, Roshawn Banks, Elise Banks, Kennedy Lockett, Semaj Murphy, Cassidy Lockett, Sydney Murphy, Khloe Lockett, James Murphy, Aubrie Knight, Rashad Blakney, Devin Knight, Jr. and Travis Smith. She is also survived by sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Saint Luke A. M. E Church (2500 Louisa St, New Orleans, LA 70117). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
