We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2023, at the age of 80, Billie Singleton of New Orleans, Louisiana, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cofield and Virginia Citrano; and her siblings, Sherrill Hill and Sammy Citrano. She is survived by: her husband David Singleton; her daughters, Davina Singleton Burchfield (Gary) and Kimberly Singleton Short; her siblings, Paula Landis (Ron), Paul Citrano (Judy) and Johnny Robinson (Debbie); her grandchildren, Marie Zimmermann, Lindsey Schroll (Jacob), Jessica McNeely (Brandon) and Justin Mekdessie; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Jemma, Logyn, Levi and Rhett. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
