She is survived by: her husband Convossie Lamb; her son Jazz Mitchell; and her siblings, Aaron Cook, Sr. (Rose), Sandra C. Peters (Herman), Gwendolyn C. Johnson (Norman), Darrin Cook, Sr. (Monique), Trinice C. Matthews (Byron) and Lawrence Cook, III.
