We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2025, at the age of 76, Chris P. Kibbe in New Orleans, Louisiana, born in Port Arthur, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Vicki Kibbe; his daughter Tammy Kibbe; and his brother Bobby Kibbe. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Kibbe, Kelsey Fruge (Jeremy), Taylor Kibbe, Harry Kibbe (Wendy) and Jake Kibbe; his grandchildren, Carolai Kibbe, Karson Fruge, Lilith Rose Kibbe, Robert Dean-Phillip Truit, Taylor Hardoin and Brett Moore; his great grandchildren, Laken Moore, Briella Moore and Justin Moore; and his sister Gaynell Miller (Herman).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Clayton - Thompson Funeral Directors (5200 W Parkway St, Groves, TX 77619). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (3900 Twin City Highway, Groves, TX 77619).
His contributions to the community, his unwavering spirit, and his generous heart will forever be cherished and remembered by all who knew him.
