He is survived by: his wife Margaret Shepperson-Gant of Charlotte; his sisters-in-law, Delores Shepperson of Paterson and Barbara Eaddy of Kissimmee, Florida.; his friends, Bernard Sledge, Yuri Nichols, Brenda Hall, Barbara Hall, Algi Williams, Jerry Williams and Regina Matthews; and his nieces, Ruth Bell and Rochelle Barlows (RoRo). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
The inurnment was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
