She was predeceased by : her parents, Sidney Montrel and Marguerite Montrel; her husband Jerome Bagnerise; her son Kendell Bagnerise; and her sister Sidney Montrel Jr..

She is survived by : her daughters, La Wanda Washington (Stephen), Ieachera Johnson (John) and Tonja Flot; her siblings, Bernadette Huntington, Aloma Cornin, Sheila Martin, Elora Montrel and Wendell Montrel (Rosemarie); and her grandchildren, Kendell Bagnerise Jr., Mizel Washington, Monte Washington, Milan Washington, Iyante Marshall, John Johnson Jr. and Taylor Flot. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
