He was predeceased by: his sisters, Dorothy Kay Holden and Lula Kay Harris. He is survived by: his children, Chris Kay, Telisha Bazil and Tiffany Kay; his siblings, Madeline Kay Valrie (late William), Eula Kay Grey and Ebbie Kay, Jr.; and his wife Rosalind Irvin Kay. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 2 sisters and a brother, a host of many devoted nephews, nieces (both great & grand), cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.
