She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Elphage, Sr.; her daughter Renetta Marie Elphage; her fathers, Melvin Williams and Walter Pearly, Sr.; and her siblings, Willie, Ronald, Donald, Melvin Williams, Walter Pearly, Jr., Ella Mae Williams, Veola Howard, Elvia Tillman and Pearley Mae Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Elphage, Jr., Charlette Brown and Jenell Elphage; her siblings, Herbert James Williams, Murphy Williams (Gloria), Carolyn W. Landry (Donald) and Etta Pearly Marie; and her sister-in-law Regina Elphage. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
