It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Hyland Baron of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his former life partner Mary Ellen; his parents, Stanley Alphonse Baron and Minnie Hyland Baron; and his brothers, Stanley Alphonse Baron, Jr. and Richard Ramond Baron.

He is survived by : his children, David Hyland Baron, Jr. (Alicia), Mary Ellen "Pie" Baron Pou (Michael) and John Douglas Baron; his grandchildren, Brooks Hyland Baron, David Hyland "Beau" Baron III, Ashley Elizabeth Pou and Michael Baron Pou; and his wife Nuddy. He is also survived by grandfather to his four grandchildren.
