He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Dumas Toups and Mary Schumaker Toups; and his siblings, Deborah Toups Sevin and Mark Toups. He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Butler (Kyle Butler); his grandson Ryan Butler; and his siblings, Kathleen Arendt, Stella Breland and Michael Toups.
