She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin J. Thomas, Sr. and Lucinda Thomas of New Orleans, LA.; her husband Robert Thomas, Sr.; and her sister Cynthia Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Robert Jr., Sherry and Kenneth Thomas; her grandchildren, Dajanique Thomas, Cody Thomas, Cynthia Thomas, Melody Oliver and Jahriq Mike; her great grandchild Christian Thomas; her siblings, Lucy LaBeau, Beatrice Thomas, Patricia Washington (Robert), Jerry Henderson, Alvin Jr. and Anthony Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Washington, Lionel Thomas (Mary), Mary Mays and Dianne Allen (Edward). She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (2810 Erato St, New Orleans, LA 70113). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
