Though Denise Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Denise Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia M Patrick and Douglas Patrick; and her siblings, Lisa Patrick and Larry Patrick. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Forcha; and her son Joshua Forcha (Brittany).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
