It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derrick Recasner (New Orleans, Louisiana), who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Bell; and his brother Michael Recasner. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Recasner; his wife Pamela Recasner; his children, Jada, Derek, Darius, Dariel, Erica, Eric, Shane Sydnei Jones, Shawn McGill and Stephon McGill; his siblings, Anthony Recasner, Donica Bruce (David) and Dennis Recasner (Lisa); and his stepsisters, Carolyn Dorsey (Felix), Vanessa Broomfield (Dallas) and Trenice Bell. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
