She was predeceased by: her mother Esther R. Bell; and her sister Leslie Glynn. She is survived by: her father Franklin Payne, Sr.; her husband Ronald T. Stephenson, Sr.; her children, Melissa and Ronald Stephenson, Jr.; and her sister Dynmphna Bell. She is also survived by other relatives and lifelong friends.
